Mark your calendars kids, after years of anticipation, a release date for Rambo has finally been announced! Rambo has always been my favorite Sylvester Stallone character, and this super hot poster smacks of everything that makes these movies great. He's soaked to the skin and sort of hanging his head, so I feel sorry for him already, but he's also got that badass knife in his hand, so I know he doesn't really need our pity. I, for one, would like to see him settle down with a nice girl and get some peace at the end of this one, but it'll be another 86 days before we find out. In the meantime, we'll just have to satisfy ourselves with the trailer:

It is kind of interesting that Stallone is shown mostly in murky shadows, or behind trees and such... maybe poor John Rambo is visually a little worse for the wear after, you know, living in the jungle for 30 years. ;-)
Yeah, or maybe he tangled with some plastic surgery, you know, in the jungle. :-(
I'm inclined to side with Jennifer -- methinks perhaps Mr. Stallone's relentless nipping and tucking has made him rather alien-looking.
